We know the heart as a vital organ and muscle that pumps blood throughout the body. The heart in its biological and physical nature is important to life and survival. Without our HEART how can we LIVE.

We look at the heart biologically and physically, as we promote HEALTH AWARENESS here at WIN, but most importantly, we focus on the emotions and desires that are fostered in the HEART that makes us a better person, that helps us fight through challenges, and that develops our attitude of WIN.

We must understand and know our HEART is to have the emotions, desires, passion and attitude to do what is right, to elevate our level of HUMANITY, to produce the attitude, behavior, character, leadership, morals and values that are needed to be LIFE CHANGERS.

Therefore, with the complexity of the world that we live in and to succeed every day in every aspect of our lives we must WIN with our HEART.

WIN with my MIND

It is important to have a strong mind. It is more than the saying “mind or matter” to overcome difficult obstacles, because in our thinking we must be sharp, intellectually sound, proven in the ability to critically think, make decisions, produce and have keen awareness.

WIN with my MIND is based on the foundation of “Positive Thinking” focusing on solutions to excel in every aspect of your life. It comes with being strong minded in choosing to be positive, choosing to be happy, being optimistic about life, finding reasons to smile, having faith in yourself, and making conscious choices that you will be successful.

Another component to WIN with my MIND is good habits for mental health. When we are able to WIN with our Body it is the balance of good mental and emotional health.  Good mental wellness is thinking, interacting, exercising, and living inspired enjoying life. Mental wellness provides the following”

  • Well-being and satisfaction

  • Enjoying life in all areas

  • Being mentally and physically able to deal with life’s stresses and the ability to come back from adversity.

Mental Emotional Health is the state and balance of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It relates to how we look at ourselves, our lives, other people in our lives, how we evaluate our challenges, problems, and how we explore our choices.

WIN with my BODY

Our BODY is our TEMPLE and necessary to our success. A strong BODY through good HEALTH is our goal to sustained an active lifestyle that will need every fiber of our BODY to be “fine-tuned” for being able and ready to take on each and every day. We maintain WIN with our BODY through proper diet, routine medical exams and check-ups, exercise and rest.

This will increase our productivity, sharpen our minds, and strengthen our body in order to be successful to work in our community, schools, business organizations, and jobs or wherever we are. WIN with my BODY does the following:

  • Increase life span

  • Reduced risk of health issues

  • Lower levels of stress

  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

  • Better psychological and physical well-being

  • Lower rates of depression

WIN with my SOUL & SPIRIT

The soul is comprised of three elements: a mind to think, a heart to feel and a will to decide. It is comprised of our personality, thinking, affections, desires and feelings. Our spirit is our true being and our very existence.

This is undeniably unique, because when we are weak in heart, mind, or body our Soul and Spirit will EMPOWER and ELEVATE us to be vigilant, stand steadfast, that by faith and in having hope that we will and that WE CAN WIN.

It is important for us to understand that we WIN by knowing who we are, and nourishing our Soul and Spirit with good things that will impact our lives through HEART, MIND, BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT. We are truly alive and live life to the fullest, when we embrace our SOUL and SPIRT as it guides us in fulfilling our life’s purpose, mission and passion – This is the essence of who we are and most importantly who we were CREATED TO BE.
